Nestled between the azure waters of the Adriatic Sea and the majestic Apennine Mountains, Silvi Marina offers the perfect combination of seaside life and easy access to the mountains. Located in the Abruzzo region, it is one of the most beautiful seaside locations in Italy. This picturesque village is known for its long sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. The town is lively all year round thanks to its locals, while in the summer it is bustling with tourism. The coastal promenade with restaurants, cafes and bars is just a few steps away.

The strategic location of both apartments allows easy access to all amenities. Pescara International Airport is just a 20-minute drive away, direct flights from Prague take less than two hours.

Long-term rentals are also possible at individual prices.
