Everything is close – the sea and the mountains. The apartment is in a quiet condominium with a private garden and its own parking place. It is on the top 3rd floor with an elevator and a beautiful view of the sea. From the garden you go out onto the street with lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and some are open all year round. Every Thursday after 150 m great local markets on the street. You are on the beach in 3 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything for your comfort. There are also larger supermarkets in the vicinity including fashion outlets. Here you are in the center of things and at the same time in peace.

This air-conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a fridge, a washing machine and a living and dining area with a TV.
The large living kitchen has a sofa bed and a dining table. From each room there are exits to the living terrace, some are equipped with mosquito nets. Terrace is around the entire apartment, here you can barbecue and watch the changing colors of the sea.
In the smaller room is a single bed and a sofa bed 1,20 m.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet.

Guest access
At the main entrance you will find a key box with keys to open the garden gate, side entrance and car gate. Before arrival you will receive instructional videos and a unique code to the box.
