In front of the house is a new cycle path leading from Pescara along the coast, about 30 km long. Meadows, pine trees, equipped and wild beaches are less than 10 minutes’ walk. Free parking on the street. Restaurants, bars, cafes and shops very close.

Guest Access
There is a box at the main entrance with keys to the front door and apartment. Before arrival, you will receive instructional videos and a unique code to the box.
