This cosy apartment for up to 4 guests is located in a quiet, green area of Silvi Marina, approximately 200 metres from the sea. It is ideal for couples, small families and guests looking for a relaxing place to stay while still having the beach, restaurants, shops and promenade within easy reach.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift. A new coastal cycle path runs directly in front of the building, perfect for enjoyable rides along the Adriatic coast.

The immediate surroundings offer meadows and pine trees, and within just a few minutes you can reach both equipped beach clubs and a quieter natural beach. Free parking is available on the street in front of the building and in the surrounding area.
